01 Introduction & Consent

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the job7z platform and all its services. When you create an account on job7z, access the platform, or use any of its services, you are automatically considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using job7z.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use services on job7z, the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be 21 years of age or older.
• All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is prohibited.
• The account holder must use the account personally — using it on behalf of a third party or allowing a third party to use it is not permitted.
• It is the user's own responsibility to keep all account information, passwords, and login details strictly confidential.

In the event of false information or a breach of these Terms, job7z reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time.

Identity Verification (KYC)

job7z conducts identity verification processes to ensure safe and fair service. You may be asked to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, or other required documents at the time of withdrawal or in any security-related situation. Failure to complete the verification process on time may result in delayed transactions.

03 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Deposit

Accepted payment methods for deposits at job7z are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals start from a minimum of ৳500 and must be made through the same method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer) used for the deposit. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.

• The amount requested for withdrawal must be available in your account balance.
• In cases of fraud or suspicious activity, job7z reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until an investigation is completed.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• job7z is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues on the part of payment providers.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; depositing ৳14,000 qualifies for the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making the total ৳24,000.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for bonus funds is 15 times — based on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer must be used within its specified validity period. Expired bonuses will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• If promotional bonus abuse is suspected, job7z reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• job7z reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to betting and playing games on job7z:

Bet Acceptance

• All bets are accepted at market prices. job7z reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• job7z reserves the right to modify or cancel any in-play bet after an event has started.
• Bets cannot be changed once the outcome of an event has been determined.

Results & Settlement

• Bet outcomes are determined based on the official results from the relevant sporting authority.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, bet stakes will be refunded where applicable.
• In the event of a dispute over results, job7z's decision shall be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

• Fraud, use of software tools, or automated systems in betting or gaming is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to manipulate game or betting outcomes will result in account closure and may lead to applicable legal action.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

06 VIP Program & Cashback

job7z's VIP program is divided into four tiers, each with weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier is determined based on a player's consistent activity and account history. As players reach higher tiers, special benefits and personalised services become available.

Cashback is calculated based on net losses and credited to the account on a weekly basis. job7z reserves the right to modify VIP terms and conditions.

07 Prohibited Use & Account Closure

job7z reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following situations:

• Providing false identity or information.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Suspicious activity related to fraud, chargebacks, or money laundering.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors on the platform for unfair advantage.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour toward other players or staff.
• Any violation of applicable law or these Terms.

08 Privacy & Data Protection

job7z treats the protection of your personal information as its highest priority. All data is stored and transmitted securely using SSL encryption technology.

13 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations. job7z operates through SSL encryption, fair play policies, and transparent service management to ensure a safe and fair gaming environment.
